Great value, great design, great styling, great build quality, and a very comfortable grip. The connection is perfect, allowing fast, easy installation by having the NATO sliding lock on the OUTSIDE, where it’s out of the way (take note SmallRig). It’s also very sturdy. So far, everything I’ve purchased and tried from Tilta is of top quality.Standout Feature:What makes this grip stand out besides its very nice styling and comfort, is that it is very large and sits very high compared to most, if not all, other top handles. If you need extra room or have large hands, this is the top handle for you.Negatives:The rubber or silicone on the handle is somewhat slippery, unlike another Tilta top handle I purchased. Not having any side-mount options might be a negative for some, so take note if you need this.Highly Recommended!

Gorgeous NATO handle with plenty of grip space
Of all the NATO handles I’ve had over the years, this Tilta handle is by far the best looking, easy to hold, and accommodates a large hand (XL glove size). Most handles are too small and/or have hard cold aluminum finish.This handle attaches quickly to the rail with a single lever locking to the right. I mount my Atomos monitor and sometimes my microphone that is secure with the side push pin.The grip has the rubberized coating with some contours son I’m not holding a flat aluminum bar either. I’ve always loved Tilta’s design so this was a win win. I’ll get another one once I buy a backup body down the road.

The Tilta Xeno top handle is a beautiful and functional piece of equipment. It is very well made and comfortable to use. The silicone gives the grip a good feel and works very well in cold weather. The handle is on the large side. The nato attachment fits beautifully without any play. The entire handle is designed and machined well.

Nicely built but doesn’t fit nato rails ON A TILTA cage.Edit: i returned the first NATO handle and bought the cold shoe one. It doesn’t fit either. Tilta products look great and I know people that swear by them. I don’t know if they have a QC issue or what but this was strike 2 for me. I will be sticking to Smallrig from now on.
