Works fine – so far, but does have some issues
For the price, It works about as expected although the sights on top are rather superfluous. You get a lit reticle with no battery just like a real ACOG. The horseshoe/dot reticle (my personal favorite) is fine, the glass is clear and magnification is sufficient. It mounted easily and seems solid. The honeycomb cover on the front lens is a nice feature that even my Trijicon didn’t come with. (To add one to the Trijicon would cost about as much as this entire clone.) Two issues: Elevation actually works reverse than what is shown on the turret. It indicates to turn counter clockwise to adjust elevation up, but I must turn clockwise to adjust the reticle up. Windage works correctly and when adjusting both turrets you can hear and feel solid feedback for precise adjustments. The other issue is that the diopter is loose. Meaning, if turned all the way down it is tight or if unscrewed to the max it is tight, but anywhere in between it wobbles a bit. I don’t believe this effects zero because when looking into the lens, it’s not just the reticle that moves, but the entire picture along with the reticle. I purchased two of these clones. One for my rifle and one for my son’s rifle. To deal with the wobbly diopter, on mine I simply cranked the diopter all the way out to accommodate my poor eyesight. Tightened it as much as possible and just slipped an O ring in the space to fill it and the lens cap fits nicely over the O ring. No wobble. For my son’s, he stuck an O ring on his and tightened the diopter as needed. Experimenting until he found the correctly thickness sized O ring so he could tighten the diopter to match his eyesight. The diopters will solidly stay as we have adjusted them with no need for future adjustment. (My $1,000+ Trijicon ACOG lacks any diopter adjustments.)Will the Ohhunt hold zero? Time will tell. It will take several more trips to the range to determine whether the optic holds zero. So far, despite it’s issues, I feel this is a decent optic for a low budget rifle. It works, but is something that will no doubt eventually be replaced with something of better quality and it is definitely not the optic you would put on your high dollar must be 100% dependable primary.

Well made product for the money
This scope is well made and looks very sturdy. The proof of the pudding will be when I can get it to the range!

    Worthless
Trash, finally was able to use it, not even 15 rounds and it shifted to the right and was never able to bring it back. Do not get.

    Budget Buddy
Great sight for price, giving 3 stars because I haven’t shot with it yet. Eye relief seems off, but I haven’t shot nothing to compare it too. Overall, budget friendly sight, contrasts well against background, will perform for what I need.

    Nice acog.
Good quality and customer is happy with product and performance.

  6. Pete

    Get what you pay for.
Eye relief is pretty bad 1-2″. You have to have your face super close to scope. Other than eye relief optic seems good.

  7. Randy Robbins

    It’s ok
Its ok. Works well. Just not sure if it’s my rifle or the scope, zero could be much better.

  8. Andrew

    Bad buy
This scope had a crooked reticle and way too high rear iron sight (like comically off). I fixed it but it should have been done right the first time. Would not recommend unless you want to have to fix it, return it or live with it.
