It works with no issues not a super tight fit in the factory optic slot.
This works adequately well for what I need it for but it is kind of loose in the factory cutaway for the optic. I don’t see causing any issues unless you take your optic off and put it back on often then you’re going to have to probably re-sight it every time.

Perfect for RMSc cut slides when you want to use an RMR footprint optic
So good I ordered a second plate. I hate that most RMSc optics are tiny, I get they are designed more for CC than anything else, but I prefer the SRO-style window on my optics regardless of size of the pistol. This fits perfect on my Canik MC9 Prime. I mounted an SRO on it and it is amazing. So good I have ordered a second one to go on my 2011, and will mount a similar SRO optic on it. Excited for that.

I purchased the wrong footprint sight but like the sight too much to replace it. This worked well at allowing me to use the sight on my firearm. Great quality and everything is still as tight after multiple range days as the day I installed it.

I ordered my Stealth Arms Platypus with the wrong optic cut. I ordered a K cut which is for the compact sights. Kinda dumb looking on a 5″ 2011. This adapter fit perfectly and now I’m running a Holosun Comp sight. Thanks

Wouldn’t stay put, even with loctite
I had trouble with the plate coming loose several times on my tx22, even with a generous amount of blue loctite applied. It wore the locating holes significantly.I noticed some burrs on the bottom after it came loose a second time, so Ifiled the bottom flat and it worked a little bit better afterwards. I really didn’t trust it though, and it still felt loose on the locators before tightening it back down.At the end of the day, I pulled it off and replaced the rmr optic with an rmsc optic instead.

If you need versatility this is for you
I love this mount itself works on a ton of pistols except for 1911 and 2011 style pistols. Unless you want to shave some of the mount of itself. Or if you are really brave shave some of your slide but I would advise against that unless you just don’t care.Only issue that I dont like about it is how high it sits on the slide you will most definitely lose your iron sights even if you have supressor height sights. The plate plus the optics is just way too tall.With that being said make sure you have a very solid optic rhat has a low probability of going down on you. Other that that it opens the possibility of many options for more optics mounting.If you don’t mind the bulky look to have a little more sight picture and performance by all means go for this mount it is a game changer in certain situations.Overall a great buy for more versatility. It is very easy to install. May not look the best due to the height but it does function very well.
