    Great scope
Very well made and the reticle is fantastic. Now, if the gun I bought it for would just arrive.

Functions Perfectly – High Quality Manufacturing – Great Design –
The manufacturer has high Quality Control because the parts were flawless. The windage and elevation adjustments operate smoothly and stay put.For me, the illuminated image is sharper than most “Red Dot” scopes. The website claims quoting verbatim, “Prism sight produce less distortion than red dot, and are easier for the eye to focus on.uses an etched reticle with adjustable diopter, the user will always have a clear reticle image, even if have astigmatism.”Well, I have a severe eye vision problem called “an astigmatism”. My Cornea is distorted and that distortion distorts point images and makes the point image appear as a smear. I did not understand this phenomenon when I got my first tube enclosed Red Dot scope. To me the Red Dot appeared as an hourglass instead of the perfectly round Red Dot it should have been. So, I sent the “defective” Red Dot Scope back and got a replacement. Only to see the same hourglass shape instead of the perfectly round Red Dot on the replacement scope. I showed the Red Dot Scope to a more knowledgeable friend of mine and he told me that he saw a perfectly round Red Dot and he explained my eyesight problem and off I went to the eye doctor. It turns out that special contacts can somewhat correct my eye vision problem. I showed this OPEN Red Dot sight to my friend, who has good vision, and he said that the image is perfectly sharp. So, if you think that this illuminated reticle scope has a lower quality image, then you need to have your eyes examined. I went to a cornea specialist and I got a special type of contact that corrects most of the astigmatism.

This is not for the serious shooter.
The eyebox on this optic is absolutely atrocious. Even worse than the old ACOGs. You basically have to pin your nose to the optic to get any sight picture whatsoever. I do not recommend this on an AR platorm because the mount just does not let you get the optic far enough back so you can actually see through the optic to get a sight picture.

    Beware
Got this and the optical focus adjustment was bad wobbling around and the Reticle was also moving with the wobble so sent it back for a refund

Not bad for the price range
Picked this up for a varmit gun.Finish on the scope is decent and doesnt feel like it will flake off and doesnt come off with simple scratching. Has a nice feel in your hand.Optic has a pretty clear sight picture and the diopter is easy to adjust and bring into focus. Now the reason I give this a 3…….the reticle………its horrible. Unless you have it at a higher brightness you are unable to make out the hold over points. Even once brightened up they are hard to seperate.Making this only good to use the triangle and 1st hold over below it.This works for me after zeroing at 50 yards and only using the triangle to aim. Nothing I shoot at on my property will be outside of 50 yards. If you want more range then I would suggest saving up for a prism scope with a better reticle or going to a LPVO.

First Impressions Give it Five Stars
I saw this and wanted to grab it for one of my son’s ARs that we plan to use primarily for a short to mid-range brush gun. I have been hunting for almost fifty years and have a very extensive knowledge of firearms and the related accoutrements. Based on my experience and comparing it to what I own and have owned, this is a pretty nice little, short-range scope for quick focus of on the run targets through brush and undergrowth. The scope clamped down on the picatinny rail tightly and so far, has been holding and staying zeroed in. I am still trying to figure out if leaving the battery in drains it or not (even when off) which is an issue that we have with a different red dot and also one of the reasons we wanted this one. I am not going to go into the technical details because anyone looking will probably know more about those things then I do; I am simply giving my first impressions based on a lifetime of hunting with a countless number of successful hunts. If time and use change our opinion, I will be sure to come back and update my review but for now I think I can recommend it to any of you currently checking it out.

    ohhunt Prism Scope 3X
The Ohunt brand is made in one of these big knock off factories in China that make a ton of products. There is an extensive line of AR accessories and optics under this name. You can never be sure what name is ultimately put on products coming out of these factories. In any event, the products represent a great value and many perform like the big name counterparts. This 3X prism scope is no exception. Very nice glass and sharp reticle get the job done for intermediate work. The tight eye box makes set up critical and being fixed magnification limits use both close up and extended range. Great for those with astigmatism. This rugged optic will find good use on your range AR for fast target acquisition between 200 and 400 yards. I like this type of optic on big bore pistols like the 10″ S&W .500 as well. Would I use this optic in combat or on patrol, no. But since my current application is neither, this optic will find use on a variety of range guns.

    A Very Nice Optic
I ordered this to put on my .44mag lever action carbine. Out of the box, the quality is obvious. Looking through the glass, the sight picture is very sharp and clear. The reticle is visible (black) without a battery and when the battery is installed, the reticle is a very sharp red. The optic comes ready to mount on a picatinny rail and has two tightening bolts for the mount. The optic also comes with a 4mm spacer plate should additional height be needed. I have not mounted this yet, I am actually considering mounting it on my .50 cal T/C muzzle loader instead of the .44 mag carbine. Time will tell. I have had a lot of optics, high end and affordable and this optic is a hidden gem at this price point. I really am excited to get this optic mounted on something and get it to the range.
